To be successful in Niche Marketing, you gotta follow these 10 rules:

1. Define your purpose- What do you want to achieve? What is important?
2. Define your customer or niche- What is unique about your customer? What do they want that they cannot get from the competition?
3. Do your research before you before you build your product- What are the unique specifications of the product needed? How will your product be used? Why will it be valued?
4. Build a unique product- Marketing is about making connections, specifically between a customer’s unmet needs and the solutions you provide. Have the courage to create products that are different.
5. Create a mantra- Create a three or four word phrase that describes your product that is memorable, easy to say, and spell.
6. Market the “benefits” of product- Always market the benefits of your product, not the details.
7. Get the message out – Frequency of contact is the number one criteria in the decision to buy your product.
8. Promote the product in unusual ways- Get viral. Find out where your customer lives and go meet them there. Promote the product in unusual ways and in unusual places. Try new methods and get a little crazy.
9. Always measure your success- How did you do? What did not work? What would you do different? Test and Measure every aspect of your Marketing? Always try new ideas.
10. Do it again, but do it better.
